Job Purpose
To provide mental health assessment, diagnosis, treatment, counseling, and follow-up care for patients with mental, neurological, and substance use disorders at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching & Referral Hospital, in accordance with established clinical guidelines.

Duration: One (1) Year Contract
Person Specifications
- Diploma or Degree in Clinical Medicine and Surgery from a recognized institution.
- Higher Diploma in Mental Health / Psychiatry or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Registration certificate from the Clinical Officers Council (COC).
- Valid practicing licence from the Clinical Officers Council.
- At least one (1) year relevant experience in mental health services will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated competence in mental health patient assessment and management.
- Proficiency in computer applications skills.
