Registered Clinical Officer Job Neema Hospital Kitui, Kenya
Key Responsibilities
- Provide medical evaluation, treatment and consultation services to patients
- Respond to emergencies and answers medical questions.
- Obtains and documents chief complaint, past medical, family and social history, review of systems, examination, medications and allergies, assessment and plan for each patient.
- Provide medical orders for prescription refills, administration of medications and/or referrals.
- Provide patient education as needed.
- Supervise patient care in the hospital
- Available to patients personally to answer questions and relay information regarding their care.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery Medicine from a recognized institution.
- Must be a Registered Officer with the Clinical Officer Council.
- Valid Practice License.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- At least two years of working experience as a Clinical Officer in a busy hospitaL
