Job Description:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets, identify growth opportunities, and set sales goals.
- Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed targets.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring excellent service.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and establish partnerships or distribution channels.
- Performance & Inventory Management: Monitor sales metrics, manage inventory levels, and collaborate with production teams to optimize stock and profitability.
- Budget Oversight & Reporting: Manage regional sales budgets, track performance, and provide regular reports on market trends, competitoractivity, and business opportunities.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field or a Diploma with a Certification.
- Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of
- driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of the food industry and bakery products is an added
- advantage.
Salary expectation: Ksh. 65,000-150,000
