Job Description:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets, identify growth opportunities, and set sales goals.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed targets.
  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring excellent service.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and establish partnerships or distribution channels.
  • Performance & Inventory Management: Monitor sales metrics, manage inventory levels, and collaborate with production teams to optimize stock and profitability.
  • Budget Oversight & Reporting: Manage regional sales budgets, track performance, and provide regular reports on market trends, competitoractivity, and business opportunities.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field or a Diploma with a Certification.
  • Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of
  • driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the food industry and bakery products is an added
  • advantage.

Salary expectation: Ksh. 65,000-150,000
