ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a strategic, tech-driven, and performance-focused Regional Manager to oversee branches. The ideal candidate will provide leadership in operations, credit performance, compliance, and team development across multiple locations. This role requires a blend of analytical ability, people management, and strong field oversight to drive branch-level excellence

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee day-to-day operations across branches
- Drive regional performance targets in disbursements, portfolio quality, and collections
- Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve branch efficiency
- Lead, coach, and mentor Branch Managers and field teams
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal policies
- Coordinate regional training, performance reviews, and audits
- Develop and execute field strategies to enhance customer experience and market penetration
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly regional reports to senior management
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in branch or regional management (DCP and Microfinance experience strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of credit operations, collections, and portfolio management
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Tech-savvy with CRM systems, analytics dashboards, and mobile lending platforms
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Willingness to travel frequently across assigned branches
