ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a strategic, tech-driven, and performance-focused Regional Manager to oversee branches. The ideal candidate will provide leadership in operations, credit performance, compliance, and team development across multiple locations. This role requires a blend of analytical ability, people management, and strong field oversight to drive branch-level excellence

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across branches
  • Drive regional performance targets in disbursements, portfolio quality, and collections
  • Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve branch efficiency
  • Lead, coach, and mentor Branch Managers and field teams
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal policies
  • Coordinate regional training, performance reviews, and audits
  • Develop and execute field strategies to enhance customer experience and market penetration
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly regional reports to senior management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 3–5 years’ experience in branch or regional management (DCP and Microfinance experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of credit operations, collections, and portfolio management
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Tech-savvy with CRM systems, analytics dashboards, and mobile lending platforms
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently across assigned branches
