Qualifications

• Registration with the relevant regulatory bodies.
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience, five of which had to be in a managerial position.

Responsibilities

• The Regional Human Resource Director will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate policies, activities, and programs that drive optimal performance, effective change, optimal and positive employee engagement, legal compliance, and implementation of the talent strategy.
• This strategic role is responsible for ADVTECH Schools in Botswana, Kenya and Ethiopia.
• Act as a strategic Business Partner and Advisor to the respective Brands in support of all HR related matters and in support of the HR Strategy.
• Continuously identify opportunities for leveraging Human Resource competitive advantage in support of business objectives.
• Implement the Talent Management Framework in the respective Brand in line with OD Standards and Framework
• Ingrate new acquisitions, efficiently and effectively and in compliance with group processes and procedures
• Implement competitive compensation and benefits structures across multiple countries
• Provide the business with HR metrics that aid in decision making
• Implement effective change management strategies when required.
• Ensure optimal HR governance and compliance
