Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nairobi County, Kenya, for the position of Regional Head of Sales, Marketing & Operations serving the East & Central African region. The individual will be responsible for driving regional sales, managing marketing strategies, and overseeing operational efficiencies including supply chain management. Key duties include leading and developing sales teams, maintaining and expanding client accounts, analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities, and ensuring the region meets its sales targets while aligning with organizational objectives. The role will provide entrepreneurial leadership in fostering a high-performance culture and delivering long-term strategic goals.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales, Sales Management, Operations, Logistics, Fleet and Account Management
- Expertise in Team Management and fostering team collaboration
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and performance evaluation
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the gas industry or related sectors
- Excellent communication, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities
- Educational qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site in Nairobi County, Kenya and remotely
- Proven experience in supply chain management specifically in logistics, shipping of bulk ISO tanks end to end
- Experience and knowledge of the East& Central African terrain preferred
