Regional Head of Sales (Animal Feeds) Job

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 7–10 years of growing sales experience.
• Leadership: At least 3–5 years working as a sales leader or manager.
• Industry knowledge: You must have experience working with animal feeds, agribusiness, or the livestock industry.
• Sales skills: Strong experience with channel management, distributor networks, and route-to-market plans.
• Results: A proven track record of growing sales and managing teams in the field.
• Financial skills: Experience with credit control, collecting payments, and managing area profits.
• People skills: Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Location: You must live in Nakuru or be willing to move there.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales performance, including sales volume, revenue, and market share.
• Manage and develop sales teams across different areas.
• Grow distributor and agro-dealer networks.
• Make sure route-to-market plans work effectively.
• Oversee credit management and payment collections.
• Provide market insights and sales performance reports.
