Recruitment Partner Job Peach Cars

HR Jobs, Peach Cars KE Jobs.

As the Recruitment Partner, you will own and elevate Peach Cars’ end-to-end recruitment capability during a period of rapid growth and increasing hiring complexity.

This role exists to ensure Peach hires the right people, in the right roles, at the right time while maintaining a high bar for performance, values alignment, and candidate experience. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, a gatekeeper to the organisation, and the custodian of recruitment systems, standards, and best practices.

You will optimize recruitment tools (ATS and sourcing platforms), build hiring capability across managers, roll out a scalable recruitment playbook, and ensure consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes across associate, management, and leadership roles.

  • Translate workforce plans and surge hiring needs into clear recruitment strategies, timelines, and execution plans.
  • Partner with functional leaders to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring priorities.
  • Balance speed and scale with hiring quality and long-term organisational fit.
  • Act as a quality gatekeeper, ensuring all hires meet Peach’s performance, culture, and values bar.

Hiring Manager Partnership & Capability Building

Recruitment Systems & ATS Optimisation

  • Design and continuously improve recruitment pipelines, stages, templates, and approval processes within the ATS.
  • Ensure consistent usage of the ATS by hiring managers and recruiters.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to proactively build strong talent pipelines.
  • Track and analyse recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, pipeline conversion, and hiring outcomes.

Recruitment Playbook & Governance

  • Design, iterate, and roll out a comprehensive Recruitment Playbook covering:
    • End-to-end recruitment processes and decision rights
    • Hiring standards and approval thresholds
    • Interview frameworks and assessment guidelines
    • Candidate experience standards
    • Use of agencies versus direct sourcing
  • Act as the custodian of recruitment governance, ensuring consistency, fairness, and compliance across all hires.
  • Ensure recruitment practices align with employment law, internal policies, and Peach’s values.

Recruitment Partner & Agency Management

  • Manage and coordinate external recruitment partners on a payment-upon-successful-placement basis.
  • Clearly define briefs, timelines, and quality expectations for recruitment partners.
  • Evaluate agency performance based on speed, quality of hire, and candidate fit.
  • Ensure all external partners represent Peach’s employer brand and hiring standards accurately.

Employer Brand & Candidate Experience

  • Strengthen Peach’s employer brand across LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
  • Ensure a professional, respectful, and transparent candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.
  • Partner with People & Culture and Marketing to align recruitment messaging with Peach’s growth narrative and culture.
