Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Sourcing: Proactively search for and engage potential candidates across various social platforms.
- Talent Pipeline Building: Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates for future roles.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial screenings to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
- Administrative Support: Keep tracking systems (spreadsheets, Asana, emails) updated and organized.
- Profile Matching: Analyze candidate profiles to meet specific project and format needs.
- Negotiation & Communication: Discuss rates, negotiate terms, and secure top talent within budget.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with the Project Manager of Remote Production to align sourcing efforts.
- Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing our vibrant culture to attract top talent.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1+ year in talent acquisition, recruiting, or social media sourcing; remote/project-based experience is a plus!
- Strong hands-on experience with platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, VK.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 🗣️
- Sharp ability to match talent to the right projects.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple candidates and tasks.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Russian 🇬🇧🇷🇺
