As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing high-volume recruitment for Client support roles serving international markets. You will source, screen, and assess candidates for customer service, technical support, and other operational roles while ensuring efficient hiring timelines and positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for client support roles including customer service agents, technical support representatives, and other staff supporting international clients and markets.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, headhunting, and recruitment events.
- Conduct initial candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate communication skills, cultural fit, and ability to support international customers.
- Conduct structured candidate assessments and maintain proper documentation.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop accurate job descriptions, hiring profiles, and recruitment strategies aligned with international client’s requirements.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, prepare regular reports on hiring progress and outcomes.
- Stay informed about global recruitment trends, talent availability, and hiring practices to guide recruitment strategies.
Key competencies/skills
- Proficiency in recruitment tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft Office Suite, and ATS platforms.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environments.
- Initiative to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
- Ability to build professional relationships and networks within the talent market.
- Demonstrate strong work ethic, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume hiring environments.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, interview design, and structured assessments.
- Ability to partner with stakeholders and effectively communicate with hiring managers and candidates.
- Experience recruiting international markets.
