Duties and responsibilities
- receiving, filing, retrieving and dispatch of records and information;
- coding and indexing of files as stipulated in the records management manuals;
- storing and retrieving of the Commission’s records;
- tracking of files and documents;
- appraising and updating records for retention and disposal; and
- identifying and reporting potential risks pertaining to records management
