Receptionist/Social Media Marketer (Salon) Job

Duties and Responsibilities
Reception Duties:
- Welcome clients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Manage bookings and appointment schedules (in-person, phone, WhatsApp).
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and client inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
- Process payments and issue receipts.
- Maintain client records and provide excellent customer service.
Social Media Marketing:
- Plan, create, and post engaging content (images, videos, captions) across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Grow online presence and engagement through consistent and creative posting.
- Promote services, offers, and events to attract new and repeat customers.
- Monitor trends and adjust content strategies accordingly.
- Respond to online inquiries and messages in a timely manner.
- Take quality photos/videos of work done by stylists for online use.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm marketing campaigns.
Key Requirement Skills And Qualification
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role (receptionist or digital marketing)
- Basic knowledge of beauty and wellness services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good eye for design and social media trends
- Ability to use social media tools/apps (Canva, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- Organized, responsible, and able to multitask effectively
- Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor
