About the Role

This role combines front-desk responsibilities with back-office administrative support. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our office runs smoothly and professionally every day.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and manage all front office operations
  • Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries professionally
  • Support the legal team with document preparation, filing, scanning, and correspondence
  • Maintain orderly filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, appointments, and office supplies
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and liaise with vendors and service providers

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Office Administration, Business Admin, Customer Service, or related fields
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar administrative or front office role (legal/corporate environment preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Kiswahili
  • Organized, dependable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion
