Real Estate Agent (Zuri Springs) drives high-end property sales to affluent clients, requiring 2–4 years luxury sales experience (real estate, banking, premium-auto, or hospitality), a proven sales track record, and a preferred Sales/Marketing/Business degree. Full-time role in Kiambu.
Position Overview
The Real Estate Advisor’s role is to identify new sales leads, schedule site visits, and participate in fairs, presentations & exhibitions to promote the sales revenues for the residential developments at Tatu City and Zuri Springs. The role also entails assisting the Sales Manager in executing objectives, strategies and action plans to improve sales earnings of the residential developments at Tatu City and Zuri Springs.
Responsibilities
- Work a live pipeline from telesales, brokers, events and walk-ins; reply to every lead the same day
- Host site visits and show-unit tours, and tell the Tatu City story: live, work, play
- Qualify each buyer on budget, financing and timing; build payment plans with Finance
- Take buyers from reservation to SPA and deposit, working with Legal
- Agent Activation and training
- Log every conversation in the CRM, every day
- Stay close after the sale, through handover and the referrals that follow
- Have a minimum of 15 Hot leads and 50 Warm leads at any given time.
- Identify key diaspora markets to focus on and build a strong network of agents and clients
- Product knowledge and customer journey to perfection
- Submit and present your business plan on quarterly basis to line manger and VP Sales & Strategy.
- Identify agents to collaborate with on events and campaigns
Requirements
Skills and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in sales, marketing or business studies in a recognized institution would be an added advantage.
- 2–4 years selling property, banking, premium-auto or hospitality products to affluent clients
- A target record you can prove, with the numbers
