We’re seeking a Diploma QS to assist with BoQs, estimating, tendering, valuations, and cost controls.
Offer (Beyond Base KSh 20k-30k):
Overview
- 3–6 month performance-based probation with clear KPIs (quotations ready ≥4 days pre-deadline).
- Annual performance bonus.
- Commissions: 1%-5% on business-development wins; 20% share of verified cost savings beyond target (paid on receipts, while employed).
- House allowance post-probation.
- Airtime, per diems for site visits, OT/TOIL.
- Post probation training support, BORAQS/IQSK fees.
