Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Quantity Surveyor. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing project costs, handling cost planning and reporting, and ensuring projects remain within budget. The Quantity Surveyor will work closely with the design and project teams to monitor financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management practices
- Experience preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Strong skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
- Excellent analytical and numerical abilities
- Familiarity with construction standards and regulations
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, or a related field
- Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus
