Qualifications
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have
- a Diploma in any of the following fields: Quantity Survey, Building/Civil Engineering, or equivalent and relevant qualification from a recognized institution.
Duties and Responsibilities
This is the entry and training grade for the cadre. The officer at this level will work under the guidance of a senior officer. Duties and responsibilities at this level will include: –
- squaring dimensions and abstracting for the preparation of bills of quantities;
- preparation of specifications; and
- assisting in the preparation of payment certificates
