We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) Inspector to join our Quality Assurance team. The IPQC Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that all sanitary products meet our stringent quality standards throughout the manufacturing process, from raw materials to finished goods packaging. This role is critical in identifying, documenting, and escalating potential quality issues to minimize defects and ensure product excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Production Process Monitoring: Regularly inspect the production environment, personnel attire, and PPE compliance, ensuring timely disinfection and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Product Quality Inspection: Conduct thorough in-process checks on product quantity, flatness, and absence of defects (e.g., dirt, scratches) immediately after machine startup and at various stages.
  • Detailed Performance Testing: Perform systematic quality tests, including product weighing, appearance inspection, and functional tests (e.g., ear tab adhesion, non-woven fabric bonding, seal strength, glue application) at specified intervals.
  • Packaging Quality Assurance: Monitor and verify the quality of automated and manual packaging, including seal integrity, bag filling, product orientation, correct labeling, and accurate coding (spray code, print code, item number).
  • Non-Conformance Management: Identify, isolate, and trace non-conforming products or process deviations. Report significant quality issues to the Quality Supervisor promptly for rectification and follow-up.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Accurately complete and input daily IPQC inspection reports, ensuring all quality control records are maintained digitally and are summarized for analysis.
  • Sample Management & Control: Manage the sample room and laboratory keys, ensuring proper collection, retention, and labeling of product samples from each production line at designated times (e.g., after 2 PM for day shift, 2 AM – 5 AM for night shift).
  • Material Handling & Verification: Periodically check the correct placement of offline materials, timely execution of material transfers/returns, and proper handling of non-good (NG) materials.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Language: Must be proficient in English, with clear verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency, including data entry into Microsoft Excel.
  • Tool Usage: Ability to skillfully use various inspection tools and understand their specific applications.
