Overseeing audit functions, training initiatives, and compliance processes, you will drive process improvements within the Retail department, ensuring adherence to operational standards, regulatory requirements, and effective resource allocation. You will conduct field audits, compliance reviews, and quality assessments, identify gaps and risks in retail systems, and propose corrective actions.
