Role Purpose:
The QA Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of raw materials, processes, and finished animal feed products, with a focus on maintaining compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process, and finished animal feeds.
- Monitor and document compliance with established feed quality and safety standards.
- Investigate and report deviations, recommending corrective actions.
- Work closely with the production team to implement quality improvement measures.
- Support audits, inspections, and certification processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and veterinary health standards.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine (BVM) – fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Or Diploma/Certificate in Animal Health & Production – must have some relevant work experience.
- Exposure to or experience in poultry feed/animal nutrition is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of animal health, feed safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Attention to detail, with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
