QA Officer Job Consolata Hospital Nkubu, Kenya
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Quality Assurance, Public Health, Health Services Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- A valid Licence from the relevant regulatory body.
- A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a quality assurance, quality improvement, or clinical governance role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare quality standards, patient safety principles, healthcare regulations, and clinical documentation requirements.
- Experience in conducting clinical audits, compliance reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), healthcare information systems, and healthcare documentation processes.
- Certification in Quality Management Systems, Patient Safety, ISO standards, or Healthcare Accreditation will be an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and quality data analysis tools.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
- Successful clearance from all relevant statutory bodies.
