Responsibilities

  • Handle heavy administrative tasks related to property management operations
  • Manage scheduling and coordination for property-related activities
  • Facilitate communication between tenants, property owners, and management team
  • Support management of apartment buildings including high-rise and low-rise properties
  • Assist with condominium association management and HOA-style property operations
  • Perform data entry level bookkeeping tasks as needed
  • Integrate with existing team systems and software platforms
  • Support daily operational activities to reduce workload on management

Requirements

  • 3-4+ years of property management assistant experience
  • Previous experience working with US-based property management companies
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication abilities for tenant and owner interactions
  • Proficiency with property management software and systems
  • Ability to work EST business hours
  • Experience with both residential apartment management and condominium/HOA operations preferred
  • Basic bookkeeping and data entry capabilities
