Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily leasing activities and property operations
- Ensure all lease agreements comply with legal requirements
- Monitor and ensure full rental collection across all properties
- Prepare and distribute supplier invoices and expense billings
- Inspect vacated units and oversee minor repairs
- Handle client complaints professionally and promptly
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend appropriate actions
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within the real estate sector
- Strong understanding of market trends in property management
- Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Must be a team player with a proactive mindset
