  • Oversee daily leasing activities and property operations
  • Ensure all lease agreements comply with legal requirements
  • Monitor and ensure full rental collection across all properties
  • Prepare and distribute supplier invoices and expense billings
  • Inspect vacated units and oversee minor repairs
  • Handle client complaints professionally and promptly
  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend appropriate actions

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within the real estate sector
  • Strong understanding of market trends in property management
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills
  • Must be a team player with a proactive mindset
