Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Strong English communication (verbal and written)
- Minimum 12–15+ years of experience in construction project management
- Proven experience in real estate / residential / high-rise projects
- Strong background in project planning, execution, and delivery
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and site execution
- Must pass background check
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification or equivalent is a strong advantage
- Experience in international or multi-country projects
- Exposure to African markets is a plus
