Project Officer NGO Job VSO

This role will be contributing to the successful delivery of the project to achieve VSO’s vision of a fair world for everyone.

Ideal Applicant Summary
- Qualification in Livelihoods, Social Development, Project Management (PMD Pro, PRINCE II, PMP) or equivalent. Knowledge of global volunteer standards.
- Experience in project administration and field implementation with sectoral expertise in livelihoods.
- Background in social sciences, environmental studies, or entrepreneurship preferred.
- Proven experience in youth empowerment, enterprise acceleration, and incubation, particularly in informal settlements and the circular economy.
- Skills in project budget administration, community-led and rights-based approaches, stakeholder collaboration, capacity development, and application of participatory, risk, and gender analysis tools are desirable.
