Our client is a well-established organisation seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams — fully remote. This is a role for someone who thrives under pressure, communicates clearly at all levels, and has a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
Lead full project lifecycle — initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource schedules
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively
Track milestones, report progress, and escalate issues where necessary
Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification — strongly preferred
5–8 years of proven project management experience
Strong experience with project management tools — Asana, MS Project, Trello, or similar
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment
Experience in professional services, NGO, tech, or FMCG sectors — an added advantage
