  • You will lead and coordinate project teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Your main responsibility is to create and manage project plans, timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • You act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
  • You will handle risk management, issue resolution, and performance tracking throughout project lifecycles.
  • The role requires ensuring all contractual deliverables are met and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • You will also monitor progress, report to management, and continuously improve project delivery processes.
  • 2–3 years project management experience (preferably in tech or contact centre environments)
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems and technical concepts
  • Experience managing budgets, timelines, and full project lifecycles
  • Familiarity with project management tools and best practices (PMP is a plus)
