Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Min. 5 years Experience in Managing Construction Projects (School Projects will be an added advantage.)
- Strong knowledge of Kenyan Construction Regulations & Approval Processes.
- Proven Experience in managing budgets & contractor performance.
- Professional certification (PMP, CPM et.al.) is an added advantage.
