Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Assist in preparing project costs for turnkey projects and quotations, and conduct internal kick-off meetings for new projects.
- Procurement & Logistics: Ensure all overseas and local orders are placed and that all items in the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) are supplied to the project site.
- Project Monitoring: Track deliverables, flag irregularities or delays to management, and ensure project costs remain within budget.
- Client Management: Manage communication regarding site readiness, scope changes, and implementation progress with clients and stakeholders.
- Technician Management: Plan and schedule technician work plans, assign teams to projects, and manage field/travel allowances and PPEs.
- Commissioning & Training: Coordinate on-site commissioning, conduct end-user training, and ensure handover documentation is signed.
- Financial Closure: Manage billing schedules, confirm subcontractor payments, and close projects through revenue recognition in Epicor.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly status reports for ongoing projects and monthly reports for closed projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or Bachelor’s degree in any course plus certification in Project Management.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Project Management.
- Experience in the use of MS Projects software.
- Experience in managing 10-15 field technicians.
- Excellent communication, organization, and reporting skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
