Programmes Manager Job Kabarak University
Project Management Jobs, Kabarak University Jobs. Programmes Manager coordinates complex university operations and events, requires a relevant Bachelor’s Degree, ICT skills, and 5+ years experience in multi-stakeholder logistics. 3 Years Contract (Renewable) role in Nakuru.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day administration of all School of Law postgraduate programmes
- Prepare and manage teaching schedules, academic calendars and administrative deadlines
- Coordinate admissions, onboarding, registration, progression and completion
- Facilitate communication between students, lecturers, supervisors, Programme Leaders and University offices.
- Maintain accurate programme records, student databases and documentatio
- Perform any other duty as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications and skills
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, Project Management, Law, Education Administration or a related field
- A relevant Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrable ICT competence, including basic coding, automation and social media management.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience coordinating complex operations, programmes or events
- Experience managing intensive logistics involving multiple stakeholders
