Role Description
Silicon Xchange is seeking a highly organized and proactive Program & Project Manager to support the planning and execution of our programs, initiatives, and events. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating timelines, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth collaboration across teams to successfully deliver projects that connect innovators across Silicon Valley and Africa.
You will work closely with internal teams, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders to ensure that programs and events are well-structured, efficiently executed, and aligned with Silicon Xchange’s mission of fostering global collaboration in technology and innovation. From coordinating founder programs to supporting ecosystem events, your role will be essential in turning ideas and plans into impactful experiences.
The position requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. You will oversee planning processes, track progress across teams, and ensure that all operational and logistical elements are in place for successful program delivery.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate planning and execution of Silicon Xchange events and programs
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and vendor relationships
- Support speaker coordination and event logistics
- Maintain internal project workflows and documentation
- Ensure initiatives are delivered on time and at a high standard
