About the Role

As Program Lead for the CBT Lab, you would work under the supervision of our Clinical Oversight Specialist, Rengin, delivering and improving our flagship program, as well as managing and training the facilitator cohorts. Your day-to-day work could include:

  • Facilitator Recruitment & Training: Recruiting, onboarding, training, and coordinating volunteer CBT Lab facilitators to deliver evidence-based group sessions effectively
  • Facilitator Support & Supervision: Providing ongoing professional supervision to facilitators, ensuring adherence to program standards, ethical guidelines, and participant wellbeing
  • Community Engagement: Fostering connection within the broader Rethink Wellbeing community, taking care of difficult participant cases
  • AI-Enhanced Program Delivery: Overseeing and providing clinical guidance on AI tools used for therapeutic support within the program by working together with our psychologist and therapist
  • Monitoring & Evaluation: Tracking program metrics, gathering participant feedback, identifying improvement opportunities, and taking action accordingly.
  • Program Coordination: Supporting the smooth delivery of CBT Lab cohorts from enrollment through gradation, costumer support for cases too complex for our AIs
  • Quality Assurance: Helping maintain the evidence-based clinical integrity and effectiveness of the program

Who We’re Looking For

Essential Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related mental health field. Optional: licensure or professional qualification as a therapist (e.g., clinical psychologist, licensed counselor, social worker, or equivalent
  • Previous experience with group facilitation, e.g., teaching or peer support models
  • Experience with or training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, ideally in CBT
  • Genuine passion for mental health and making support accessible to all
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail—you keep things running smoothly
  • People and communication skills: the ability to build trust with diverse participants and facilitators, clear and compassionate written and verbal communication. Proficient in written and verbal English.
  • Comfort with technology: Able to navigate digital platforms and tools confidently, ideally experience building AI agents
  • Self-motivation: Can work independently in a remote environment while staying connected to the team
  • Adaptability: Comfortable with the realities of working at a small nonprofit venture with big impact —wearing multiple hats and problem-solving creatively
  • Cultural sensitivity: Awareness and respect for working across different global contexts
