Key Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in production coordination, operations, or related manufacturing roles.

Key Roles/Responsibilities

• Create and maintain production schedules and timelines for all manufacturing orders.
• Liaise with maintenance, procurement, logistics, and quality teams to ensure smooth production operations.
• Supervise and support production staff to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Allocate production resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, in alignment with production demands.
• Monitor production output to ensure compliance with product specifications and company quality standards.
• Collaborate with quality assurance to inspect materials, manage rejects, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry guidelines, and company policies in the production area.
• Maintain production records, inventory logs, and reports accurately.
