Our client in the manufacturing industry seeks to recruit an experienced Production
Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure efficiency, and maintain high-quality production standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities to meet output targets
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance
- Lead, train, and manage production staff
- Track production output and prepare reports
- Minimize wastage and ensure efficient use of resources
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a manufacturing/production environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
