Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Horticulture, Food science and Technology, Agribusiness or any related field
- Additional training and/or familiarity in food safety standards e.g. BRCGS, Global Gap etc is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of grading and quality standards across a wide range of fresh produce products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency and commitment to meeting deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
