will be responsible for among other tasks:
Responsibilities:
- Production Management: Responsible for organizing workshop manpower, material resources,
- production site etc. to complete the target tasks of the department, coordinate and deal with internal abnormal affairs.
- Team construction: Adopt reasonable methods to ensure that the workshop staff is stable and the monthly
- turnover rate does not exceed the company’s target. Support team personnel skills, improvement and stability.
- Safety production: Organize, monitor and inspect the training, supervision and implementation of safety
- production and fire control system of each workshop, timely discover fire control and safety hazards,
- propose corrective measures and follow up the implementation.
- Administrative roles: Implement department management according to the workshop management code whilst creating a comfortable working environment.
- Material management: Through daily management supervision, ensure that the material accounting is consistent with the material issued vis-à-vis used.
- Process loss: Responsible for the cost accounting in the production process, constantly provide trainings to the direct reports, improve technology, strictly control the defect rate and effectively reduce the process losses.
- Quality Management: Through on-site guidance, daily management, staff skills training etc., supervise the direct reports to carry out operations according to SOP/ specifications. Sort out related quality problems promptly by analyzing and making improvements.
- Talent management: Formulate the talent needs and skills improvement direction of respective direct reports by identifying training needs and improvement areas through appraisals.
Qualifications:
- Relatable academic and professional achievements with atleast a degree.
- At least 3 years of factory production management experience.
- Hands-on experience in effectively overseeing all line operations.
- Proficient/Good understanding in clothing manufacturing techniques.
- Attention to detail.
- Possess strong leadership skills and a good communicator.
