Qualifications and Experience
- 5+ years as Production Manager in paint manufacturing (decorative/ industrial/automotive)
- Open to top talent from India – provided you’re willing and able to relocate!
- Degree/Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry or similar
- Deep expertise in formulations, resins, pigments, additives, rheology, QC & batch processes
