Role Overview
The Production Manager will oversee the entire production process from fabric preparation to final garment completion. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and quality control to ensure production targets, timelines, and quality standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily production activities
- Manage tailors, cutters and other production staff
- Ensure production targets and delivery timelines are achieved
- Implement and maintain production systems and workflows
- Monitor quality control throughout the production process
- Maintain production records including BOMs and tech packs
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks
- Ensure efficient utilization of materials and labor
- Maintain discipline and productivity on the production floor
- Work closely with the design team to ensure production accuracy

- Production output and efficiency
- Garment quality and defect rates
- On-time production completion
- Material utilization and wastage control
- Team productivity and discipline
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Fashion Design, Garment Production, Textile Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in garment manufacturing or production management
- Strong knowledge of garment construction and production workflow
- Experience supervising production teams
