Responsibilities
- Raising reservations for Raw Material and Packaging Materials: Reservations are accurately raised and updated on time
- Processing and Closing order on Time: Orders are closed within the required timelines without errors
- Timely Finished Goods Posting: Finished goods are posted correctly and on schedule.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any inconsistencies where possible, and verify the final output; Data entries are consistently accurate and reliable
- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry: Input data is well-organized and ready for timely entry
- Assisting where required on weekly and input-output reports: Reports are prepared and submitted within the expected timeframes
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform regular backup operations: Work is well-documented, retrievable, and backed up regularly
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in business-related courses.
- Must have SAP Experience and understand how to use different modules
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Fluent in both English and Kiswahili.
- Previous experience in the in production or factory set up on the same role is an added advantage.
