Job Summary:

The Product Manager will be a key driver in shaping and delivering our product vision. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, customer advocacy, operational awareness and meticulous execution.
You will be responsible for maximizing the value of our product by managing and prioritizing the product backlog, working closely with the development teams (Internal and External), and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Identifying operational gaps, their impact and solutions to resolve these.

  • Product Backlog Management: Own and prioritize a clear, value-driven product backlog and prioritize backlog items based on business value and customer impact. Define user stories with acceptance and test criteria and align technical implementation with key stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Act as the main point of contact between Product and the Development Team. Gather feedback from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams while ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders.
  • Sprint Planning, including Technical Review and Execution:
  • Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure the development team understands backlog items and validate that the delivered features meets acceptance criteria.
  • Performance Tracking & Operational Improvements: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, provide updates on progress, and identify opportunities for operational improvement and monitoring.

Key Competencies and Attributes Required for the Role:

  • Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and operational awareness.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive and results-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Customer-centric mindset ( both Internal and External).
  • Adaptable and resilient in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability with a passion for building great products.

Academic Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, IT, or engineering (including software engineering, computer science, information technology).
  • 3+ years of experience in a Product role, ideally in proptech/ energy domains.
  • Previous experience in management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile principles and practices.
