We are seeking to recruit a Procurement & Supply Chain Officer to support efficient, compliant, and cost-effective acquisition of medical and non-medical supplies essential for smooth hospital operations.
This role is critical in ensuring uninterrupted availability of supplies, maintaining optimal inventory levels, strengthening vendor relationships, and safeguarding adherence to procurement regulations and internal controls.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field
- Membership with the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in procurement and supply chain management in an organization of similar size
- Demonstrated experience in inventory management, supplier negotiations, logistics coordination, and regulatory compliance
Key Competencies
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tendering, and contract management
- Skilled in inventory control, stock monitoring, and forecasting
- Solid understanding of logistics, distribution, and supply chain coordination
- Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation integrity
- Problem-solving ability with commitment to efficiency and cost control
- Ethical, transparent, and compliant approach to procurement standards and regulations
