Role Summary:
IRES is seeking a Process Documentation & Business Analysis Specialist to support the development of structured QMS documentation and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct process mapping and workflow analysis.
- Develop SOPs, manuals, and operational guidelines.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years experience in process mapping and documentation.
- Experience in healthcare or regulated environments preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) – Preferred.
- Training in process mapping tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio) – Required.
- Lean Six Sigma Certification – Added advantage.
