Principal Legal Officer Job HELB Nairobi,Kenya

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will support the management of HELB’s legal and regulatory affairs, including
- Formulating and reviewing statutory and legal policies.
- Monitoring implementation of legal procedures.
- Managing litigation and prosecution matters.
- Coordinating alternative dispute resolution processes.
- Advising the organisation on legal and regulatory compliance.
- Supporting management of institutional legal risks.
