As we scale, we’re looking for a Pre-Sales Manager with product experience to bridge the gap between our product capabilities and client needs.

Role Overview

You’ll work closely with the sales and product teams to deliver compelling product demonstrations, technical proposals, and solution designs tailored to the African retail landscape. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the “what” and the “why” behind the product and can translate that into business value for prospective clients.

  • Lead pre-sales engagements for enterprise and mid-market clients across Africa
  • Deliver high-impact product demos and presentations tailored to client pain points
  • Collaborate with the product team to align roadmap messaging with go-to-market strategies
  • Gather and document client requirements, translating them into solution scopes and proposals
  • Support RFP/RFI responses and technical bid submissions
  • Act as the product authority in early-stage sales conversations
  • Help define repeatable pre-sales processes and collateral
  • 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or product management in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of retail tech, distribution systems, or supply chain software
  • Proven ability to communicate product value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in cross-cultural environments, ideally with experience in African markets
  • Fluent in English (French or Arabic is a plus)
  • Willing to adapt to fast-paced, iterative product cycles
