Summary Of The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and creative PR and Communication Assistant to join our communication team. The incumbent will support our marketing efforts by developing content, managing social media, maintaining our website, executing email marketing campaigns, and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Content Development and Marketing: Create engaging content for various digital platforms, including websites, and social media platforms.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence by posting relevant content, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize outreach and enhance brand awareness.
- SEO Optimization: Utilize SEO guidelines to drive web traffic and enhance visibility in search engine results.
- Website Management: Update the company website regularly with fresh content, and ensure that it reflects the latest jobs and services.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote our services, ensuring content is persuasive and targeted to our audience.
- Collaboration with The Team: Work closely with the training and career advisory teams to identify key focus areas and address challenges.
- Collateral Review: Work closely with the communications lead and production team to review and refine promotional materials, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
- Testimonials: Create rapport with successful candidates, gather and feature testimonials and success stories across various channels to enhance credibility and attract potential clients.
- Market Research: Research industry trends to inform marketing strategies and content development.
- Help promote company events, and trainings by creating marketing collateral and communication materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
- Knowledge of SEO, storytelling, and copywriting will be an added advantage
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and content management systems.
- Ability to think creatively and produce fresh ideas for content that aligns with our company’s mission and values.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal skills, and multitasking abilities.
- A collaborative spirit with a positive attitude and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
