Duties and Responsibilities
- Participate as a team member in business automation initiatives to streamline work processes using platforms such as PowerApps, Power Flows, and Jira.
- Develop detailed system schemas, data dictionaries, functional specifications, and user documentation.
- Gather and document users’ requirements and translate these into innovative digital applications; determine application systems integration and linkage issues.
- Work as a team member of developers, particularly in implementing PHP and PowerApps solutions and related back-end MySQL, Dataverse, and MS SQL databases.
- Maintain, upgrade, or enhance existing systems; troubleshoot and provide continuing user support.
- Drafts correspondence and communications, including technical support communication and other related issues; coordinates with service providers as required and maintains and supports a portfolio of applications.
- Keeps abreast of developments in the field; conducts research on new technologies and assists in implementing them.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Qualifications/special skills
- High school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
- The minimum years of relevant experience is reduced to one (1) for candidates who possess a first-level university degree or higher. Additional training and a technical or vocational certificate in information technology or other related areas are desirable.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in software development, Web application design and development, technical requirement documentation, or related areas is required. The minimum years of relevant experience is reduced to one (1) for candidates who possess a first-level university degree or higher. Work experience in Low-Cod/No Code application development, APIs, and DevOps are highly desirable..
