Key Responsibilities

Prepare and verify shipment documents (manifests, delivery orders, customs entries)
Ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements (KRA, KEBS)
Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients and teams
Resolve documentation discrepancies and prevent delays
Coordinate with customs, warehouse, and transport teams
Ensure accurate cargo handling and documentation alignment
Maintain system updates within required timelines

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
Valid EAC Freight Forwarding Practising Certificate
2-3 years’ experience in port operations or logistics
Knowledge of customs procedures and shipping documentation
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
High integrity and professionalism
