Generate the list for transport distribution and the warehouse to ensure timely processing of goods.
Ensure prompt tracking of order completion- confirm transport vehicles are in place and goods are loaded on time.
Coordinate with transport and warehouse personnel to resolve any issues that arise to ensure the order reaches its destination on schedule.
Prepare commercial invoices, delivery notes and verify the accuracy of all relevant information.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade or a related field.
2-3 years experience as a planning specialist dealing with large volumes of data.
Proficient in using different computer application tools
Excellent command of English with strong interpersonal and communication skills
