Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: – Urban and Regional Planning, Urban Planning or Town Planning from a recognized institution;
Membership to a relevant professional body

Duties and Responsibilities:

Preparing physical development plans;
Undertaking feasibility studies on physical, social, economic and environmental characteristics;
Implementing physical plans for County, urban areas and cities;
Processing development applications;
Maintaining physical planning records;
Plan, monitor and evaluate performance of staff against the set targets.
