Minimum Qualifications for Subject Teachers

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education from a recognized institution
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in subject area
• Registration with the Teacher Service Commission (TSC)
• Evidence of participation in CBC/E training programs or seminars by the Ministry of Education or TSC
• Understanding of competency-based teaching methodologies and frameworks
• Strong leadership, planning, and academic tracking capabilities
• For Deputy Head of School and Dean of Studies (Boys Senior School) – minimum 5 years of experience holding administrative/leadership roles
